Made them for a X-mas party and they lasted all of about 10 minutes. I should have made a double batch. Thanks, Paula !!!

We made the recipe as is,(with the exception of putting onion salt all over the chicken prior to wrapping it. and it was wonderful. I had pork chops and cut that up and wrapped it in prosciutto and it was heaven!! The prosciutto adds that little bit of extra flavor and it gets really crispy. Next time I'll forgo the bacon and use only prosciutto.

These really were great. Made these for a large family gathering and everyone loved them. I did add 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. of Penzey's Northwoods Fire (any cajun seasoning would probably do. The first batch which was made strictly by the recipe was bland. It definitely needed a kick.

This recipe is very easy and don't be afraid to roll on a lot of sugar/powder mix which you only need to make a 1/2 recipe of.

I prepared these a few weeks ago and cooked half the batch for dinner with the kids. My 9 year old twin girls and 11 yo son enjoyed them, they did not find them spicy. the other night i cooked the frozen prepared chicken, just as good as the original batch. now i know i can prep this ahead of time, for a large party, and freeze it Just a little longer in the oven.
