I made this for a party, and to say everyone loved it would be an understatement.
I baked them for 45 minutes, waiting for the bacon to crisp. It still was not crispy, which I explained to the crowd. As they were disappearing off the plate, one woman said "The lack of crispiness is NOT a problem!"

Anything that makes the hubby say mmm this is good! Is a winner for me. He is a dear and loving man who will eat anything i cook, no matter how bad it may taste. So when i find something he likes - i have a winning recipe that will be a staple in our household for many years.
Thank you Paula and Food Network. Please keep finding us those quick meals.

I cut the recipe in half to make just enough for two servings. I coated the chicken pieces and the bacon before wrapping them up. Served them as a meal with coleslaw. Just delicious.

These were absolutely amazing!! I cut the pieces bigger since I was making it for dinner and it turned out beautifully! The bacon was perfectly cooked and didn't burn as I expected. I paired these with Paula's Mac n Cheese and it was a huge success!!

This recipe is SO easy and so delicious and the clean up is just as easy - be sure to use the non-stick cooking spray on the broiler pan and I lined the bottom pan with heavy duty foil that I could just pull out and toss. My guests RAVED about this and they all want the recipe.

I made them for my husband's birthday party-everyone loved them. I cut the bacon in half and made the chicken pieces a little bigger. They would also be terrific over a salad. Thank you!

These are very simple to make. They have just the right amount of brown sugar and chile powder.
The bite of chile powder is just enough to keep you wanting another.

We love saturday night movies with snacks instead of a full meal. Made these and they got rave reviews. Paired with celery sticks, carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing. I did drizzle a bit of hot sauce over before baking. GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!

This recipe was so ridiculously simple to make and tasted incredible! I too made them for dinner by cutting slightly larger pieces of chicken, and then pairing it with Paula's Mac & Cheese (also very yummy and easy!. I highly recommend these bad-boys!

Even though this item was showing as an appetizer, I made them a little bit bigger pieces of chicken and it turned out amazing. Sweet yet savory!
