These were great! I loved the fresh orange & nutmeg flavor. The only problem with these balls is that they are really large. It took up about 1/2 the plate!

I tried the sweet potatoe balls for thanksgiving and the family loved them. They immediately put in a request for Christmas and any other holiday. Thanks Paula

Too much coconut...too much sugar...just too sweet.

The family loved this because it was a new twist on an age old recipe. They make a wonderful presentation and a conversation piece.

I made these for Thanksgiving and I loved them, but better yet all the children there liked them too. Great idea for getting kids to eat sweet potaoes. I never make sweet potatoes Thanks Paula! Ann Berg.

This receipe seemed to be too much prep time for what you ended up with. Several family members passed on them and they really just tasted like candied yams. The coconut was a nice touch though. As someone else said they did fall apart easily.

I tried this for the first time on Thanksgiving. It was excellent a nice change from traditional sweet potatoes.
