I was very disappointed. The presentation was nothing like Paula's. They really flopped and the taste was just okay.

I make wonderful sweet potatoes every year for the last 20 years, but the sweet potato balls were an even bigger hit! And the marshmellow surprise is of course what all the kids loved. I did add nutmeg to the balls because that is a must in any sweet potato recipe. Paula, you're the best!

I do not like sweet potatoes much. Everyone in my family does like them, so I tied these for Thanksgiving dinner this year. They are now to be served at every Thanksgiving, per family request. They are beautiful to serve and taste marvelous! By the way, I ate a whole one and have a higher reqard for the sweet potato.

I made these with 1/2 of the brown sugar and added no sugar to the coconut (based on past reviews. They were plenty sweet for us. I can't imagine them any sweeter actually. We really enjoyed them. 2 exploded on me so heed everyone's warning and keep an eye on them!

The orange peel and nutmeg really bring out the flavor of the sweet potato. Toasty ,flakey coconut and gooey yummy marshmellow makes mouths happy!

Paula's sweet potato balls are absolutely fabulous!! I am not fond of sweet potatoes. Adding the orange zest and orange juice made these sweet potatoes very tasty. My family loved them so much for Thanksgiving that they asked for an encore during Christmas!
