this was so simple to do, and instead of peanuts i had pecans on hand. They were out of this world!

My family loves sweet potatoes and peanuts. combining the two makes a dynamite dish. Very easy to make and almost no cleanup,

These are great. I used them at a lunch I catered and there were no left overs.

I also made them for my brother who is a sweet potato connesiuer and he loved them.

Thanks Paula for another great recipe.

I had some Sweet Potato Chips at a Restaurant here in Las Vegas, Nevada, called Big Dogs. I have tried several times to make the same, but to no avail, I seemed to cook too long or not long enough the yams.

After seeing your show, I couldn't believe my eyes. Here was a recipe that seemed similar, except for the nuts, to what I had tried.

I am hoping it will be as good as all of your recipes.

Fixed the sweet potato chips for company and they were a smash hit! Chips were succulent and buttery with just a hint of a "taste of honey". Thanks Paula!

I love the idea but am uneasy about baking these chips because I remember Paula saying something about cooking the sweet potatoes BEFORE you slice and bake them. The recipe listed on your site mentions nothing about cooking them beforehand though.

This is a great recipe for when you want to do something different with a sweet potato! It's very simple, quick and very tasty. I also tried making them with sunflower seeds and cinnamon. They are also a healthy snack. Thanks, Paula. All of your recipes are the best!
