Loved the sweet potato fries, but I have to say that I'm glad that I live in Houston, Texas and I'm able to walk into House Of Fries and get the most wonderful tasting Sweet Potato Fries.
Ms. Paula, if you are ever in Houston stop by House of Fries and give their food a try and I'm sure that you will love it.

These are super easy to make and a great alternative to regular home fries. Because I couldn't make up my mind between sweet & salty - I used both - yum! Thanks Paula!

I have made these several times & they are very good. I use large sweet potatoes so I have leftovers to warm in the microwave for quick lunches & supper. I cook them in a large non-stick skillet with equal portions of canola oil & butter.

I made these last year for Thanksgiving and am making them this year for Thanksgiving as well. I used brown sugar and instead of frying them on the stovetop, I put them in the oven to crisp up. My family loved them.

Great recipe. Simple! I added 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the salt and pepper for a little "kick". Also, I made an Aioli dipping sauce for these as well. Yummy!
