I made these for Thanksgiving and they were awesome! I did add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper instead of the half because I love spice and they were perfect. Definetly not too sweet like some sweet potato recipes.. Thanks Paula!

These were good, a little sweet for my husband and I did a whole tsp of cayenne pepper instead of a half. I thought they were tasty.

These were so easy to make, and the taste was outstanding! Huge hit with our friends and family. Had them with a pork roast, highly recommend!

This is a serious hit with our family. The potatoes come out well spiced, but not overpowering. They are sweet, but not tooth-decay sweet like other preparations I've had. I won't be making sweet potatoes any other way. Easy as can be. Tonight, I was out of brown sugar. I substituted 1 c. granulated and 3 T. molasses for each cup brown sugar. Devine.

this was pretty great! finally a good sweet potato recipe that isn't mostly made of evaporated milk and eggs, leaving me wondering where the sweet potatoes are. with a sprinkle of brown sugar as garnish, it was just sweet enough - GREAT as a side to ham steak : and it was super easy to make - quick and easy as a weeknight side dish. go paula!
