My entire family loved it, it was not only great tasting, but easyyy to make!
I have served with mashed potatoes and also with rice, we like it either way.

I cook cubed steak all the time, and this is a great variation for me. It was easy, and we loved it. As usual though, I salted and heavily peppered the meat before cooking.

Great, I tenderized the meat before cooking, and it turned out GREAT. Family really liked it.

This was really good. Only thing I changed I was I added about 3T of tomato paste only because it wasn't as tomato-y and thick as I'd have liked it. That's the only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars. It was delicious! We ate it over rice.

This is the very best Swiss steak I have ever had. And so easy too. I did mine in a slowcooker. Perfect.

I did everything just as directed but it basically was tasteless! I finally added a jar of brown gravy and more garlic to see if that would help but it didn't do much for it. My husband said it was bland but he ate it, but I doubt I'll make it again.

This is a definate keeper. Something easy, different, and delicious. I used "Kitchen Basics" beef stock instead of a can of water and let it sit in the crock pot. Served it over rice - AWESOME.

I thought this was very bland. I think if I make it again I will use more tomatoes and less water. Has anyone tried it with herb flavored canned tomatoes?
