Great recipe but the recipe doesn't mention how long to cook it for. Other than that, very good family meal.

I really love a lot of Paula's recipes, but this needed seasoning-dried oregano,dried basil, bay leaves,fresh parsley, and some white wine. It was verrry good with the additions.

I tried this last night and was impressed at how tender the cubed steak turned out. I have tried this cut of meat before and never had it come out so tender. The house smelled wonderful, even my kids said so. The only downfall was that it did not have that much flavor. Next time I will add some seasonings and see how it turns out. Will definately try again.

Made this Swiss Steak in my crockpot. Browned the steak, onions and green peppers in a pan. Layed cutup pototoes in the bottom, steak and dumped in 2 cans of tomatoes and water. Delicious!
