    This is one of the easiest recipes to put together and is very good. I served it one hot day for dinner for friends of mine and all of them wanted the recipe.

    Like everyone else I had been skeptical about trying this recipe, I do agree that the taco seasoning in the hamburg is a must, the catalina dressing is awesome and brings all the flavors together, I topped mine with fresh avacodo. Thanks Paula for another great recipe!!!!

    MY HUSBAND LIKES IT WITH RED KIDNEY BEANS. GOOD RECIPE. WE MAKE IT WITH TACO SEASONING IN THE BEEF, TOO. IN FACT, I THINK I'LL MAKE IT TONIGHT...

    We made Paula's taco salad last night for dinner...wonderful. I altered it a little bit...added 2lbs of ground beef and 1 pkg of taco seasoning mix...used salsa in place of the diced tomatos. It was a huge hit with the family...even my picky teenagers. I also cut flour tortillas into wedges and fried them until they were crisp...we used these to eat them instead of forks! Not a low-cal meal by any means...but, incredibly delicious!!! The cold leftovers were great today for lunch also...This recipe is a keeper!!!

    I had tasted a taco salad years ago but could never find one to match. This one tops even that one!!! Awesome and easy!!!!

    I can remember my mom making a dish very similar to this one. It is VERY quick, easy, and kids LOVE it!
