I thought I would hate this. My boss brought it to work for a birthday and I could not get enough. I make it all the time and share whenever I can! Love it!

Super simple and extremely good. Perfect for a frosty night in January. Thank you Paula for the great recipe as usual!

This soup is very comforting and sooooooo good, left out both olives but that is all, to me it was soupy enough no need to add any broth at all ( for me . I just enjoyed making it and best of all eating it, corn chips and all (not on the bottom of the bowl Thanks Paula!!!

this was pretty good, basicly treated it as a taco salad, crush chips in bottom of plate, top with soup, shredded cheese, sour cream. etc. it was not "soupy"at all but more thick like chili, i didn't understand the addition of ranch seasoning but added it anyway, will NOT add it next time, the seasoning didn't meld with other spices and gave it a weird undertone.

I am making this soup for the first time right now. The house smells fabolous. It is really cold outside today and I can't wait to warm up mine and my families bellies with this soup. I of course have "taste tested" it several times already. "Yum" Thanks Paula for the wonderful soup that is so easy to prepare and so yummy tasting. I will definetely be making this again.

This is one easy & tasty soup to make. One thing I did add was a little beef broth to make it a bit more 'soup-like.' Brown your meat, add your onions (can do that the evening before if you choose then add everything to a slow cooker. What could be easier? Everyone has different tastes so kick it up or tone it down a notch if necessary. Yummy!!
