Super easy! I always double it and freeze the leftovers.

Yummy and filling. I added an envelope of Sazon con culantro y achote just to give it a tiny bit more flavor. Excellent!!!

Like everyone else says... it is DELICIOUS and so easy. I did not add the olives because of my dislike for them and I added a carton of beef broth. Brought it to a party and it was the hit of the evening.

This is a DELICIOUS and foolproof recipe! We just moved and most of our cookware hasn't arrived yet, so our resources are limited. This recipe was a great dinner to make with what we have, AND even when our kitchenware arrives, I'll still be making this regularly! I also added a small jar of chopped jalapenos and some cilantro, and my boyfriend LOVED it!!! I will agree with the other reviews, it's more the consistency of a stew or a chili rather than a soup. But that doesn't even matter, this was DELICIOUS! P:

This is a great recipe for a crowd. If you have a big crockpot, it can easily be doubled. Everyone always loves it and asks for the recipe, and it's so easy. I like to offer avocado as an additional topping. I also usually make a vegetarian version by combining all the ingredients except the meat and onions in the crockpot first, then scooping out some to set aside and keep for my vegetarian guests. It's a keeper!

Absolutely delicious! This was the first time I ever made Taco Soup...it won't be the last! I used black beans instead of kidney beans and I didn't use any olives. My crock pot only had about an inch to spare! I think that this recipe will be my family's favorite soup recipe from now on. We really enjoyed it. Thanks!
