This was very easy and delicious! I already had most of the ingredients at home! I was able to freeze some for later, too.

Easy to make & tasted good. Makes enough to have leftovers for lunch. I thought it was better the next day.

I roasted some bone in, skin on chicken breasts, removed the skin and bone and cubed it up instead of using beef - it's wonderful, and we've made it twice!

Absolutely awesome! This soup is a keeper. Recipe makes a huge batch but I have leftovers in the freezer waiting for a winter's night when I need something hearty for dinner. Add a tossed salad and some hot rolls or homemade bread and you will please the fussiest of eaters.

This soup was fantastic. What a prize recipe. I will make it a lot, for both family and friends! What a break from chili. I highly recomend it!! Thanks Paula!

I made this tonite, along with Paula's Layered Mexican Cornbread. Both were great! This soup makes a ton, so I brought some leftovers to the neighbors and still had two big containers left for us. I am going to freeze one, so I hope it freezes OK. Thanks for another winner, Paula!
