This soup was so easy and good. I used ground turkey and left out the black and green olives. Everyone in my family enjoyed this recipe.

I loved this. Went together so easy and my house just smelled amazing.
The chips and the sour cream just made it even better.
My family now loves Paula as much as I do, and they are not bean eaters!
Another great recipe from Paula.

Recipe was quick and cooked in my crockpot. Family raved about it for days. Great meal when you have company coming and not a lot of time to prepare. I added cut up avacado on top of the sour cream. Fantastic!!

I watched Paula make this the other day and wasn't too sure about it. The ranch packet threw me off - but it looked so good and all the reviews said how good it was too. I made it! Loved it! We only made one substitution - don't care too much for kidney beans so we used a can of black beans. This soup is fantastic. Very filling. We will definitely make this one again!

This soup is wonderful -- and filling! It makes enough servings for a large crowd or enough to freeze for leftovers later. Another must-have recipe from Paula.
