    I thought this soup was incredible, although I did have to make a few changes. I substituted 1 can chicken broth and 1 can tomato sauce for the can of stewed tomatoes. The soup was way too thick before that. Also, I used a store-bought rotisserie chicken that I tore into bite-sized pieces instead of ground beef. This saved a little time and a lot of fat. Plus it tasted fantastic. I didn't add the sour cream (although I bet it was yummy and I stirred shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend into the soup pot (although it tasted good without the added calories. With these personal changes I thought the soup was a BIG WINNER and will be repeated often at my house.

    Wonderful!! This is an incredibly easy and hearty soup that has a great flavor to it. I have gotten lots & lots of compliments on this recipe, and now I have passed the recipe on to many friends. Don't forget the corn chips, sour cream, and cheese on top.

    I like the soup but the flavors were a bit bland for my tastes. The next time I will add another taco seasoning packet and more ranch dressing powder. Other than that I thought it was really good. The flavors together were really nice, good texture and SOOOO easy to make.

    It's a snowy day in Kansas, so made this today. We love mexican food, and this soup is fabulous! Super easy and soooo delicious.

    This soup is delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed this tasty, comforting and filling soup for dinner. It is equally fabulous leftover the next day.

    Very good. Quick and easy. Make sure you add the cheddar cheese and sourcream on top. This makes the soup!
