    Hands down the best potato salad I've ever made or tasted! I make this all the time now and everytime I have a party or bring it to work I get compliments. The only trouble I have making it is keeping my boyfriend from eating all the bacon before it gets into the salad! It such a good recipe it doesn't need any modifications! But yes, make extra because it goes quickly!

    I don't usually like potato salad, but this stuff is out of this world! I added a teaspoon of BBQ sauce for an added little kick.

    I made this last week as a bbq side and I nearly didn't get any as everyone just loved it. As I'm in the UK(the best recipies are from US I used Jersey Royal potatoes as they are in season. I will be making this again for the Queens Jubilee celebrationson the 4th June only this time I'll double the amount.
