Made this over the weekend to go with some ribs I was smoking...EXCELLENT!!! Had to fend off the bowl so I could have some leftovers today. As mentioned before, did use REAL bacon bits instead of frying the bacon and using grease. Also substituted Honey Dijon which really added to the flavor. Sweetened everything up just a bit. Overall an excellent recipe that I will definitely be making again and again...

I consider myself a "good cook"..I have never been able to get potato salad down.I would always have to have a partner in crime.. I would do the cooking and chopping, my husband would do the dressing. This is now my go to recipe.. I will be making potato salad all by myself!!

The best Potato Salad I have ever made!!! Every time I make it, I am asked for the recipe! I simplify it by using real bacon bits instead of frying bacon. Soooooo Good!

Great texture. I added relish and a touch of sugar. Made it a little sweet with the savory bacon. I also added smoked paprika which gave a wonderful touch. Great base to do whatever you want!!

Love this recipe, taste just like my Grandmothers back in the day. Use it a lot for football tailgate parties and there is never any left by the end of the game.
