''Perfectly seasoned''. That was the comment I got inbetween bites. Very tender. And Paula, MICHAEL loved it, too! Works for a french dip or just good ole down home (Texas native brisket with sliced onions and a pickle.

I made this recipe yesterday for my family and some company. They fought over the last piece. It was delicious and so moist,I could barely cut it,it was so tender it was just falling apart.I have already given the recipe to 6 people. You go, Paula!!!!!

Excellent flavor! I mixed all seasonings (including bay leaf in a food processor for a few seconds. I rubbed both sides of beef and refrigerated it overnight. My sister liked it so much that I had to e-mail her the recipe.

I made this for a play time get together and it was great. I did not have the dry mustard but, I used yellow mustard in my fridge.

I cooked this the night before and reheated the next afternoon under the broiler. I also added a bar-b-q sauce to the beef broth.

    Very nice.........

The rub for this brisket is a classic. This is the way we love our brisket, and so easy. Be sure and make the potato salad from the same cook.
