I made this for a dinner party and everyone was truely impressed. I was so delicious. I actually put more cayenne in it to really give it a kick and everyone raved about it. Way to go Paula!

The ribs were tender and delicious. Everyone was amazed that one could make such tasty ribs in the oven. The recipe was easy to follow, and there was little preparation needed.

Technique is right on for cooking ribs but spice rub was missing something and was a tad spicey for my taste.

though it little heavy on the black pepper side. Maybe I just used too much of the dry rub. In any case, the ribs came out great, moist, falling off the bone. This method of a slow long roast is the best method I've used so far.

Not only did I try it with pork ribs, but beef ribs and roasts. It is so simple and tasty. Now my husband insists on ribs and roasts using this recipe.

This is a FANTASTIC recipe!! Paula Dean really knows what she's doing. Like they day, its not the sauce you use on your ribs, its the rub.

A dry rub with a kick! This is a wonderful crowd pleaser with adults and kids. Would not change a thing. Just mix, rub and let marinade overnight.
