This tasted great. I substituted italian turkey sausage to make it slightly healthier. There was tons of cheese which made the lasagna a little watery...but it tasted great. Only problem was that with all the cheese it was a littley pricey for a lil ol graduate student.

This is such a great creamy dish full of flavor. It also heats up for wonderful tasty leftovers too!

We loved this "southern" version of lasagna, if a little on the sweet side, but shudder to think how Mama Lucia would react to it, saying something like "This is-a a no lasagna....but itsa good!'

This is so good despite the fact mind turned out a tiny bit watery, next time I'll add the cornstarch but it still is the yummiest thing ever.

I first used this recipe about 6 months ago, now this is the ONLY lasagna recipe I use. My family begs me to make it all of the time. It is wonderful.

This is the best Lasagna I have ever had. It was my first time ever making Lasagna and this will be the ONLY recipe I will ever use. It is very rich and cheesy!!! Yummy!!! My husband and I ate it for days...It was the kind of leftover you never get sick of. I followed the recipe to a "T".
I can not wait to make it again!! Thanks Paula.....you ARE the BEST!!!!

I made this recipe for my niece's first birthday party using jarred tomatoe sauce. It was so yummy and popular. My sister had other dishes catered but everyone wanted seconds of this dish!! I felt like a superstar!!

Simply good food. The ingredients are somewhat pricey because of the cheeses, but I would not change anything in this recipe. Thanks Paula!
