This is the best Lasagna, I even like it better then the Emeril recipe I made. My Husband loves it, and thinks that it is better than the Olive Garden. Thanks Paula!

oh wow! this is fantastic. my family raved! The 8 cheeses involved were simply a delectable combination. this is my new and last lasagna recipe. yummy!

I made this recipe for my husband's family. They were very impressed. The flavors were wonderful from the 7 cheeses that are in this recipe. My personal favorite was the sauce. What a great dish!

I was so pleased with this recipe. Paula did an excellent job on this one! Most people in my circle have never made their own lasagna with their reasons being mostly the same: time consumption and degree of difficulty. This recipe changed all of that. Not only is it extremely simple, it is absolutely delicious. It doesn't stay long around my house!!

This was out of this world good!! I did not use the recommended cheses, instead I used mozzerella and sharp cheddar. I also substituted ricotta for the cottage cheese (never been able to stomach that stuff! This is a great dish for company! Sad part of using this for company is that there is hardly any left-overs!!

I made this last weekend and my family and I enjoyed it. My mom thought I bought it from as restaurant! I proudly told her that I made it all by myself!!! The only thing I did not like about it is the gruyere cheese plus it is a very expensive recipe to make with all the diferrent cheeses! Definitely a keeper!

I made this lasagne for dinner and it was good but very rich and a little salty and a little too tangy. If you like rich food then this is for you but my mouth can't handle it! I will go back to my old lasagne recipe. This one is very expensive and I just don't think I would recommend it. I made such a big deal out of it and was a little dissapointed in the end. Not to mention it took me 2 1/2 hours to make it! Sorry Paula, just being honest.

I adjusted this recipe alot only because of what i had available. I used manicotti and stuffed them with the meat mixture than I topped with tomato sauce and chunks of cream cheese the cheeses she used i didn't have so i used cheddar and mozzerella and parmesan it was awesome and leftovers are great

HOLY COW!!! This lasagna was fabulous. I made this for some friends of mine and we ate the whole thing that night, thats how good it was. Its very cheesy but so...GOOD. I would recommend this to everyone.
