I have made this for several office Birthday parties and other occasions. When my co-workers and friends know that it's time for another party or birthday, I am immediatly asked if I will be making a lasagna! This isn't that hard of a recipe and I suggest making multiple batches of sauce and freezing them. It makes this recipe and little quicker!

This was the easiest lasagna recipe I have ever made. I used the lasagna noodles that you don't boil prior to cooking which worked perfectly. My two stepsons and husband loved the flavor that the cream cheese added to the meal.
They want to know when we're having it again.

I made this for a football party and more people paid attention to the Lasagna than the game! The Cottage Cheese Mixture added an amazing touch to the dish.
