I quite enjoyed this recipe! It was a bit gummy but it is not a traditional cobbler with a flaky crust. Mine looks like Paula's picture!

This Cobbler recipe is so delish! I bought the Lady & Sons dessert cookbook and this was the seond recipe I tried.

I added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg in the peach juice and a Tablespoon of French Vanilla Instant Pudding. I also used Half&Half and Unsalted French butter.

When I took the beauty out of the oven I could smell the bread and peaches. The Crust was perfect. Crispy on the edges and mediun firm on the inside. The apperance of it was extreme eye candy!

I was asked to make peach cobbler for a coworker. He paid me $10 for the trouble. Later that weekend I got a text it just read "WOW"! I texted back to see if that was a good wow or a bad one. Hey said it was excellent and he thanked me all weekend and that Monday too. lol

    Thank you so much Paula!

This recipe was excellent. It was very easy to make and my family loved it. I took longer than 45 minutes for me to prepare, but that could have been because I was cooking other dishes in the oven as well. Also it didn't look the way I thought it should look. The crust didn't come over the peaches all the way, which isn't a big deal because it taste great. I'm just hoping next time the crust will completely cover the top of the dish.

I enjoyed this cobbler. I read where someone threw it out right out of the oven but you have to let it set first. After it cools it's nice and chewy and crunchy and the sauce is not too runny at all. Using a glass baking dish is good also.

My family loves this cobbler. I have even gone so far as to add a little sugar on the top to give it a little bit more crunch. My peaches turn out best when I use the ones I have canned and froze my self they are sweeter and more succulent. It takes very little time to do as well.
