    I followed this receipe to a "T". It looked great coming out of the oven, it tasted awful. VERY bland and boring. I thought it was surprising coming from Paula Dean, I usually have excellent luck with her receipes.

    Taste's like you've been baking it all day, it is sooooo good! OK to use skim milk, tastes great!

    I tried this recipe for my boys because I wanted a mac & cheese that wasn't from a box. I tasted this stuff and it was great and I do not like mac and cheese. So, for anyone who thinks they don't like mac and cheese this is the one to try. I is GREAT!!. Thanks Paula!!

    The dish wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I didn't think it was creamy enough and the texture was spongy, due to the egg.

    too dry & not cheesy enough. I like creamy mac & cheese & this was not creamy at all. The flavor was alright, just had a problem with texture.

    very very good! I took this to a neighborhood potluck an everyone raved about it. No more Velveeta, this ones a keeper!

    This is very good! I am having some right now with a green salad. Dressing? Green Godess of course! : This was my first time making. Very easy. Hardy and old fashion goodness. Thanks Paula for sharin!
