I have tried this recipe numerous times trying to get it to work. I had similar results to the people who said they were getting curdled Mac and Cheese. This time when I made it I decided to stir it while in the oven every ten minutes or so. This time, it came out great. Creamy and delicious. I have noticed that a lot of Macaroni and Cheese recipes have added a pinch of nutmeg, so that is what I did. That really brought out the flavor of the cheddar. I also added some cracked black pepper.

A good change from the boxed stuff, but wasn't creamy like I thought that it would be. After reading reviews, I cut an egg and increased the cheese. Added hot sauce, a tiny bit of garlic salt, and bread crumbs to combat the "blandness" other tryers wrote in about. It did have a good bite, but slightly dry. It was OK, but I wish it turned out like the show (or the other happier people that had more success with this recipie. At least her tomato pie recipie was a hit!

This is easy to make with the kids and is smooth and creamy, everyone in my house gave it two thumbs up! However I added a bit more cheese than it called for.

I must have done something wrong. The directions are completly different from the show which is why I think it is turning out curdled, she even made a comment about it on her show! So I think I may give it another go and see what happens.

This was a wonderful dish, I added a little more cheese, only because we like it that way. I will make this again for sure.

This was by far the best mac and cheese I have ever had. Even my friend who doesn't care for mac and cheese enjoyed this one. Thanks Pauline.

WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY too much butter, but if you use 25% of the amount called for, this recipe tastes great! Makes for a nice quick mac and cheese w/o making a rue.

This is THE best mac-N-cheese! My husband does not like macaroni and cheese at all. When I told him I was making this for dinner, he curled his lip. But when he tasted it, he was in heaven! He loved it! He has asked me to make this recipe again and again. It's deffinantly not your typical velveeta mac.....It is WAY better!

I made a few modifications to suit our tastes. I substituted half of the cheddar with shredded Velveeta and cut down on the eggs. Don't leave out the sour cream, though! It appears that mac-n-cheese preferences must be regional - upon reading the reviews I noticed that most of the unfavorable ones were from those of us north of the Mason-Dixon line.
