This recipe has all the right ingredients, but the proportions are way off. You need to up the cheese to 4 cups and also up the milk to 4 cups. Now, this may seem like alot at first, but as it bakes it soaks it all up. Also, a splash of worchestershire and hot sauce doestn't hurt. If it curdles try adding a little bit of flour to the mixture next time.

Delicious!!! I only used 2 eggs as suggested by other reviewers, and also added some extra cheese. It turned out wonderful!

I mixed up the cheeses and put half the mixture in a casserole dish, layered some mozzarella cheese and poured the other half of the mixture on top. Very yummy!

    Thank you Paula,
Once again you have given us another family favorite and believe me that is one tall order. The food I prepare and serve to my family & friends must cater to many different taste buds and this one is a winner!

This was easy to fix, I did cut down the eggs and only used 2. I added more shredded cheese. Great left over.

Great recipe though I must admit I jassed it up a bit with onions, garlic and peppers as it did appear a bit bland to my Caribbean tastebuds. Prepared it for a picnic and the reviews were fantastic!

I prepared The Lady's Cheesy Mac for lunch today (side dish, Sunday, Aug 15, 2004, and the family loved it. Mac & Cheese has always been my children's favorite side dish, but this dish would stand along as a meal with a salad. It tastes very much like my (yankee mother made with colby cheese. Thanks for the dynamic recipe!
