    the cheese was clotted and clumpy. Perhaps I didn't cook the eggs and cheese right or just didn't like the taste. Try it for yourself.

    this is the mac and cheese we have been looking for just right, and very yummy there was not any leftovers at all. MY 5 yr old who is Autistic and does not eat a lot of different food, and mac and cheese is one that he is a purest on, ate 3 helpings. I won't make boxed again

    WE ALL LOVE YOU TO PIECES , PAULA , BUT THIS RECIPE IS TOO DRY, IT MORE OF A CHEESEY PUNCH IN FLAVOR, AND IT NEEDS MUCH MORE CREAMINESS - SORRY - I TRIED ! I EVEN UPPED THE SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE , BUT IT STILL LACKED THAT RICH, YUMMY CREAMY TEXTURE I HAD SO HOPE FOR ! MAYBE IF YOU ADDED SOME VELVEETA TO THIS , IT MIGHT BE REALLY GOOD ! THIS MAKES ENOUGH TO SERVE 8-10 PEOPLE !

    recently tried this at my mother in laws house and loved it! all 3 of my kids went back for seconds... thats verey rare with my picky bunch. just printed it for myself, bringing a batch to try out with a large group of our friends for 4th of july, cant wait to tell everyone its a "top secret family recipe" LOL

    I thought it didn't have much flavor. I had to add more cheese to it so that it would taste a little like the mac and cheese we like to eat. Adding sharp cheddar helped a little with the flavor.

    i loved this recipe. i used 1 1/2 cups american cheese and 1 cup cheddar cheese and it was great!!
