These was a decent Mac N Cheese recipe. I added about 2 more cups of cheese. It's a nice recipe to have when you just want something quick and easy with ingredients you have on hand. Not the best but certainly good.

it was really dry and egg-y. i made this exactly as the recipe. i wouldn't make this again. we ate it but didn't like it that much. not very cheesy. i like creamier mac n cheese.

This was the perfect classic Mac & Cheese. I've been looking for a good homemade baked version, and this is perfect. No fuss or frills, no surprises, just excellent macaroni and cheese.
I did make a few modifications, mostly due to preference. I used a blend of various cheddar cheeses, and used a bit more than two cups. I also sprinkled the top with breadcrumbs and some melted butter, just for crunch.
Overall, this recipe was fabulous, and I'll definitely be making it my go-to.

Loved this recipe. I will just add more cheese as I am a cheese lover. Put cheese on top but it was just yummy! Family wants me to make it this way all the time.

I just saw the video for this recipe and Paula uses 4 or 5 different cheeses. The written recipe is different from the video, so I don't know how to rate this???

I loved this recipe. I am really not sure why so many are having problems with it. I used 4 cups COOKED macaroni. I added maybe an extra 1/2 cup of cheese and used 3/4 cup 2% milk and 1/4 cup heavy cream. Everyone loved it.

The Mac was definitely edible I cut the recipe in half, used only one egg, added a lil garlic powder, added more cheese, and more cheese and it still seem to be not enough cheese. I thought it was just ok, Im a macaroni lover so i guess I still need to find the best recipe. I read most of the reviews before making, so I knew to make a few changes but still just ok. It wasnt creamy enough BUT not absolutely dry either, but I chose this recipe because of it's simplicity and I had all the ingredients in my kitchen. Wont make it again on less i don't have the ingredients for other recipes. It's not gross just a lil unflavorful

I did not like this recipe. It was dry, plus the instructions did not state what the temperature of the oven should be. I baked it at 350????? This recipe was also bland...ugh. I would not make this again.
