Definitely one of the best chicken soups I've ever made/tasted! The cream & parmesan is a MUST! It gives the soup a comfort feeling & all the flavors compliment so well together! It is so worth the time to make rather than going to the grocery store for a $3 can of chicken broth & a few noodles. If I could give it more than five stars I definitely would!

I've tried different chicken noodle soup recipes and this one is my favorite. I made it with leftover turkey and it turned out great. I'll probably go to this recipe when I need to use up leftover rotisserie chicken too. I just use canned stock and throw in the seasonings that she uses. I put the leftover turkey in with it too for a bit to liven it back up. It's always turns out great. Great for freezing and thawing when you've got a cold.

Normally, I actually usually hate chicken noodle soup, but I was trying to impress a guy I was dating, who was sick. I ended up completely impressing myself, it was SO DELICIOUS!!! The cream and Parmesan are so good, I couldn't believe how easy to make and yummy it was. I just pretended I was a genius chef. Followed the recipe exactly, it is perfection!

This is a wonderful chicken soup. Very easy to make and oh so good. My husband made a face when I told him we were having chicken soup for dinner (he is not a soup fan however, after trying this, he took back the face he made and told me I must make this again! Goodbye Campbell's!

This is now and will forever more be my official chicken soup recipe. Let me preface, my version was semi-homemade (purchased broth, rotisserie chicken, evap milk I keep in the pantry and frozen mixed veggies. I was looking for a way to improve my boring chicken soup and this was IT. The sherry alone adds so much flavor to the broth and the mushrooms were a new and welcome twist. Thanks Paula!

Run -- don't walk -- to the nearest store and buy the ingredients for this soup. If I could give it more stars, I would. The balance of flavors is perfect. I have made it for three different groups of friends and I am asked over and over for the recipe. While you're at the store, pick up an additional 32-40 oz of broth because if you make the soup a day ahead of time you will need it. Other than needing more stock, it's perfect, perfect, perfect.

Amazing soup. Instead of noodles ,I added miniature store bought cheese ravioli. The sherry really makes a nice finish.
