    This is the best chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted! As soon as I saw MUSHROOMS!! Oh my, I just had to try it. Especially since my grandma/mom has passed and I only have a few of her recipies to keep me warm. This soup reminds me a lot of her. Thank you so much for that bit of home.

    Every time my kids got sick, my mother-in-law would whip up a batch of her chicken noodle soup. Well, I finally decided to try it myself. I searched for recipes and this one sounded good. Well, it was better than good. In the past 4 weeks I have made about 5 batches of this soup. My kids love it and have not asked for grandma's soup since. Thanks Paula!

    Wow, this was so tasty. I left out the cream and parmesan cheese because we prefer the pure chicken broth flavor, but it was great! I plan to freeze half of it for an emergency dinner. Thanks Paula!

    I am not a fan of chicken soup, I do not know why, least of all any canned soup. I made this today after seeing the show. It really was good. I liked the sherry and parmesan cheese in it. I used a whole chicken, which is what I had and onion and celery to make the broth. I cooked it about 2 1/2 hours. The longer you cook it the better the broth is. I did not use mushrooms but added peas. I also did not add cream. My husband absolutely loved it. I also added some canned chicken broth because it didn't look like there would be enough broth with all the chicken and noodles.

    I love soup so I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I made it for dinner one night and ended up eating the rest of the batch for lunches the next week by myself. When my boyfriend asked where the soup went to, I had to fess up! The sherry and the cream made a delicious base with the wonderful hunks of chicken. Will make again and again. Thanks Paula!

    Easy to make and with a great flavor. I have made it several times and it is a favorite of the family. Both with milk added and without.

    I've made many different chicken soup recipes and this one was the best. Chicken soup always basically tastes the same, but the flavor in this one is to die for. You have to use the sherry, cream and parmesan cheese in my opinion. They add so much depth to the flavor. Not your average chicken soup. Loved it, and so did my husband.
