I served this to company this weekend and it was a huge hit. I used my own chicken stock as a base to cook a local, free range chicken in and followed the rest of the recipe as directed, except substituting half and half for heavy cream. The soup was outstanding, very flavorful with the chicken and rosemary aromas just inviting people to dig in. It's a keeper.

It's really good, once you get past how long it takes and how much actual time you need to spend preparing it. Prepare it when you want to serve a dignified, upscale meal or a really classy luncheon.

I didn't realize how good home-made chicken noodle soup was & how easy it is to prepare. My daughter is very picky & she loves this too. We'll never eat Campbell's again!

AAAMAZING! Warm comfort food, but not the way your grandma made it. I will make this again, for sure. The cream and cheese were a DEFINITE must.

I must say that I have tried so many recipes for chicken noodle soup, BUT this recipe has now became a family favorite and will be the only recipe used. I was not so sure about adding the cheese but I sure am glad that I did, it made the soup so much tastier.YUMMY..Thank you so much for the great recipe!
