This was a big hit with all of my guests! I did add more noodles b/c I like a chunkier soup. Excellent flavor and I will make it again!

We like it! I used a rotisserie chicken to go with chicken stock I had previously made. I love what the sherry (though I used Vermouth did to the overall flavor of the broth. I also added zucchini. I did not use cream and we did not miss it. Yummy!

This soup is fantastic! So flavorful. To make our lives easier, we used chicken stock, still added the seasoning and onions and a rotisserie chicken. Also, used half and half to make the soup a little lighter. For sure will be making this again.

This recipe was very easy and very delicious. I substituted romano for parmesan for the extra kick and half and half for the heavy cream because it was all we had. Also, I cooked the noodles separately and kept them separate until I served the soup. I didn't want them to become too soggy. I will make this again and again. I am thinking of ways to incorporate left over turkey for after Thanksgiving.

I'm a novice at cooking. This was my first soup and it came out great. The only issue I have is with the rosemary leaves getting in my teeth with every spoonful. I did use dry instead of fresh, so maybe that was the problem. Otherwise it was super good!!!

Over the top! WOW! Very Tasty!! OMG- I need a 6th star! Just what everyone else is saying about it and then some!! This is a triple DELICIOUS soup with or without the heavy cream..I do have to admit, I hate cooking with sherry so I didn't try it with that..I have made this 3 times in one month and it barely made it to the next day..Thanks Paula keep those yummies coming!!
