    Delicious! Simple recipe. I am a vegetarian, therefore I would substitute vegan mayo and try to use organic veggies.

    I have been searching for years for a really excellent cole slaw recipe and Paula has had it all along!! My son never use to eat cole slaw....called it "cold slop".....but now I have to double the recipe, AND if you are in a hurry the package slaw with carrots works just great!

    This is the recipe that will have people who usually don't eat slaw going up for seconds - it doubles well (which I would recommend doing as it will be gone in a flash Goes great with Alton Brown's Pulled Pork recipe.

    Absolutely awesome cole slaw !!!!I just threw out my 40 year old slaw recipe.For diabetics, use Splenda.

    This coleslaw was great!! Made for a dinner club dinner and everyone just raved about it. Make it the night before and it's even better the next day!

    The best ever. I've been searching for a great cole slaw recipe over the last 30 years. I found it. I also cheat when in a hurry with the precut cabbage.
