    This recipe makes the most delicious coleslaw I ever had. I used bag coleslaw mix and added the green onion and bell pepper to it. I doubled the dressing for one bag of mix.

    I thought this was SO good! Made it for a party, and they couldn't get enough...I think those who thought it needed more mayo might have used a whole cabbage, not the 1/2 like stated in the recipe. I actually doubled the recipe and used the whole cabbage and it was great! Very moist and delicious, but not overly wet or soggy - Just right!

    I made this recipe for a Wedding Rehearsal Buffet and it went over great.
    It easily doubles and triples and makes a great presentation because it was so colorful. I may add a little celery seed and pepper next time though and never used a food processor for fear it may be mushy.
