I have been married for almost six years and have never made a coleslaw that he liked until I tried this one! Thanks Paula!

Very tasty I mixed Mayo and Salad Dressing instead of just mayo for the recipe. But very easy to make and it was gone in a matter of moments.

I like the long shredds and the chopped up cabbage. It adds great texture to what would be a boring coleslaw. My kids loved it.

I just love this recipe. It uses so much less mayo than normal recipes and I am not a huge mayo person so this is a definite keeper. It packs well and everyone in my family just loves it as does everyone at our potlucks at church. We usually have two or three coleslaws there and mine is the only one that is licked clean every time. Paula we love you and you are a goddess in our household.

I made the cole slaw to serve with some pulled pork on Superbowl sunday. It turned out great. I used the bagged cabbage and adjusted the recipe to get the right consistency. It chilled for an hour and was perfect.
