    The easiest dessert I ever had to make. My husband is a dessert lover and he ate 2 at one sitting and another with his bedtime cup of tea. Thanks for easy-to-do recipes.

    This recipe is incredible. Not only is it easy to make, the taste is out of this world delicious. The almond extract adds flavor and aroma to the shortcakes. The shortcakes can stand alone on their flavor. The peaches are the crowning glory. As usual, Paula has outdone herself yet again. You go girl!

    I have tried many shortcake recipes through the years...this is the best!
    It is moist and has just the right amount of sweetness. Great with strawberries too.
