These were so yummy! I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old that only ever want "dippy eggs". I made these for my husband and myself. They both tried them and LOVED them! These are awesome. Super fluffy and a new family favorite!

Pretty good and I ate all mine, but normally I don't. The consistency was a little different than when I make scrambled eggs with milk but all in all, good.

Just perfect and very moist - I always cook my scrambled eggs like this and my family loves them!

Used half the amount of butter and it was more than necessary. The sour cream, however, was a fantastic taste. Will make these again (with even less butter.

I made these this weekend, along with Paula's grits and both were a huge hit! I'm extremely picky about how my scrambled eggs look and taste and I couldn't have enjoyed them more. Thanks again, Paula!

My family likes eggs over-cooked so its a challenge to avoid rubbery eggs. I thought this mix looked pretty disgusting when I first started whisking in the sour cream, but I got eggs with a lightly-cripsed bottom, that didn't taste dried out on the plate. Simple & good.
