    We really liked these in our house (me, daddy, 6-year old and 3-year old. We usually use milk to mix into our scrambled eggs and didn't have sour cream on hand but 2 TBS of yogurt worked well for us. They took forever to cook on low (I'm more of a medium heat for eggs kind of girl but the consistency and texture of the finished eggs was great. Used 1/2 cup of cheese and that was plenty for our crew.

    I made these for two people so I halved the ingredients. I found them pretty good, but just okay. It's a decent scramble if you like moist, but not too heavy eggs.

    Yummy and creamy eggs. To improve, I would use mild Cheddar cheese...I used sharp Cheddar and the flavor was powerful, that over powered the eggs. Even a Swiss would be good.

    These were so yummy! I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old that only ever want "dippy eggs". I made these for my husband and myself. They both tried them and LOVED them! These are awesome. Super fluffy and a new family favorite!

    Pretty good and I ate all mine, but normally I don't. The consistency was a little different than when I make scrambled eggs with milk but all in all, good.
