i was looking for a recipe to inspire me to make and eat eggs. my husband is a breakfast lover and i am a dinner lover. since breafast foods make me sick just to think about them i RARELY ever make breakfast. after finding this recipe i thought it was simple enough to decided to give it a whirl. once they were made and i tasted them i actually took some for myself. they were SOOOOO good. my husband raved about them saying that they tasted better than any restaurant hes eaten eggs at! this is a real keeper and now im actually jazzed to make them again so i can eat them too! A+ paula!

The best and fluffiest eggs I ever had. Made these for my mom for mother's day and she loved em now I like to have them for breakfast before school or after school snack. Thanks Paula!

If you want a quick easy recipe that is also delicious, then this is it. I was not expecting much, but these were probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. I actually prefer my eggs over easy, but these were amazing! I will definitely make this recipe again!

Delicious eggs that are so easy to prepare. The melted cheese on top makes them look as good on the plate as they are in the mouth.

I made these for my wife one morning and she loved them, surprised her with breakfast in bed. i will totally make these now every time.

I was a little skeptical about this recipe because of the sour cream that it called for, but once I tried it I was so surprised by how good it was! I have never made eggs that were so fluffy and light in all my life. And even though I don't like the taste of sour cream, I couldn't taste any of it in these eggs. Have now found a new way to cook eggs! I should have had more faith in Paula because all the other recipes of hers that I have tried I have absolutely loved. She hasn't let me down yet and with this one she is still batting a thousand in my book. Thanks Paula!
