These are the best eggs I've ever eaten. I don't scramble eggs any other way. I'm hooked!

I cook scrambled eggs for our monthly breakfast at our mobile home park. After the first time, leaving the eggs in the warmer before serving, they would dry out. Everyone complained about the dry eggs. The next time I cooked scrambled eggs for the park I used "The Lady's Perfect Scrambled Eggs'. Everyone at the breakfast came up to me and asked how I cooked the eggs. They ALL said they were the best eggs they have ever had. And no matter how long they stayed is the warmer, they stayed moist. Thank you for making me the HERO. By the way, I did share where I got the recipe.

This is a wonderful recipe! Instead of water though I use milk. It doesn't even need the butter if you want to cut out some fat but I realize that is Paula's signature ingredient! :- Anyway, this one is a winner!

These were the best scrambled eggs I ever fixed! Light as a cloud and so much fun to fix. Guests were in awe of them.

Couldn't get the sour cream to blend well into the eggs.

Fluffy & moist without being "gooey", and the sour cream adds a subtle "something extra". I add extra cheese on top when the eggs are done - PERFECTION!

I added chorizo to this to make chorizo con huevo, and it came out wonderfully! Fluffy, flavorful, and satisfying. It's also easy to make. Thanks, Paula!
