    This is a terrific launching point for whatever flavors you want to add. The addition of sour cream is something I never would have thought of myself -- it adds a subtle flavor note and a whallop of texture, both of which are good IMHO. The recipe doesn't mention seasonings. Don't most people season their eggs to taste? Please, use your imaginations. There is no safer starting point than scrambled eggs.

    I really love most of Paula's recipe but I have made these twice now and was not very impressed. They are very bland and just not as creamy as my normal scrambled egges. Will not make again.

    These eggs are SO delicious! I couldn't think of going back to bland old regular scrambled eggs. Paula is a kitchen Einstein!

    I made these eggs for my boys (43, 9 and 8one Sunday morning and the plates were totally cleaned off. My young boys can be picky eaters, so I was happy to see them enjoy this. Thank you Paula Deen.

    For a very fast and simple egg recipe, this was excellent. I omitted any salt, and used Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese instead of regular.
