Oh my! This is wonderful. Didn't have red taters, used russets. Didn't have lemon pepper, used a little freshly grated lemon peel with a little extra black pepper. Had green onion, but also had fresh ramp greens. Used the ramp greens. Doubled the bell pepper and added a little chopped jalapeno. The red potatoes would have been a little creamier than the russets, but we're not complaining. Delicious warm and cold. Thanks, Paula!

Cooked this for my 3 boys all of whom said it was the best potato salad they ever had! Looking forward to the leftovers!

Paula has another keeper here! I did hold back on the seasoning salt just a bit and added sliced radishes and grape tomatoes. It was very creamy and the lemon pepper really brought out nice flavor. It was great with the smoked prime rib.

This potato salad was fantastic!! I changed it a little - a little less seasoning salt and a little less sour cream. Other than that - a definite keeper!

Don't use the other recipe calling for 2 Tbsp of Salt! This recipe is some of the best potato salad I've ever had and so easy to make!

I've always been so bored with the old fashion regular potato salad recipe then this came along. The flavors of the bell peppers and pimento incorporated so well. The lemon pepper gave it a fresh twist. I will be making this dish again and again. Thank you!

This potato salad turned out so good until i added the seasoning salt so next time I make it I will proboblly use the one Paula recommends and add a little and then taste it a few times to avoid having it be too salty again
