This is a wonderful potato salad. The sour cream is a nice touch. I hope Paula doesn't mind if I add sweet relish next time.

My husband won't eat any other kind of potato salad after eating this one.

This is my Wifes' favorite. Warm or cold, fresh or a day or two in the 'fridge, just outstanding!

My husband and I saw Paula make this, and decided to take it to his mother's house for a get together. It was delicious and a HUGE hit! We are asked over and over again when are we going to make it again. Thanks Paula!

Perfect with barbecued chicken and corn on the cob hot off the grill. Pimentoes added a splash of color. I used 1 tsp. regular salt and it was perfect. The red potatoes were great. We'll use this many times!

I omitted the bell pepper and pimento and added some fresh dill. I also always use Blue Plate mayo in any recipe calling for mayo. It turned out really good and was just as yummy the next day after sitting in the fridge all night. Would definitely make this again!

I've made a similar potato salad for 30 years -but this one replaces it - the sour cream and serving it warm are absolutely the trick. After reading the other reviews, I also cut the seasoning in half - perfect.

This went well for a dinner I cooked. I adjusted the seasoned salt, as I had read the other reviews. It was delicious!
