I'm glad I read the comments before I made this. I used 2 eggs, which was still too much. I'm going to try it again with 1 egg, and maybe add some paprika or a dash of hot sauce. It's very cheesy, simple to make; but it just needs a little oomph. I also was pretty generous with the cheese, which I would also recommend to others.

I guess I should have read the reviews and then I would have known! Lesson learned :-. This is a quiche lovers mac and cheese. 6 eggs was waaay to much for my taste buds. I would not make this one again, but am still a huge fan of the Ultimate Lady Paula Deen!

honestly, first time i tried to make my own mac and cheese from the easy-pack, it was just ordinary. But, after one night my mom in-law cooked for our sunday dinner, i was thrilled...and asked her what did she put inside her baked mac and cheese...instead put regular milk, she put carnation milk and she used "queso de papa" cheese (one of the brand name instead using of parmesan or other kind of cheese, still using eggs but not too much. the results is not too cheesy or anything, it's just PERFECT !!!!

The taste of the different cheeses was great and I love the way it browned in the oven. The eggs, however, made it seem like a quiche. The flavor was good enough to make it again with fewer eggs.

This was a delicious recipe but I found it much too rich. My kids could only eat a small portion. It made too much and didn't taste as good left over. But I must say, it was very yummy.

My mother and I made this together, and accidently made it before reading the reviews. It however did not make a difference! it was delicious! However, if you do not like quiche you won;t like this dish! My family is quiche fans though so it was really tasty for us!

I love you Paula... But this is horrible!! It should be called a Quiche... Or a noodle and cheese omelette. I just wasted like 15 bucks of cheese on something I will never eat... Very bummed.
