    Another winner by Paula. Delicious and well worth the price of the cheeses. My family loves it. I'm sure I'll be putting my own twist on this one, but it will be another staple at the dinner table. Thank you, Miss Paula!

    This was my first Paula Deen recipe and it was terrible. What a waste of good expensive cheese. There was nothing cheesy about this recipe. It was more like a curdled mess with no flavor.

    Best Mac & Cheese ever...
    I saw this recipe & it tastes as scrumptious as it looks...
    I have tried many recipes over the years & hands down this is the best recipe ever. My son & family were not fond of homemade mac & cheese until I made this recipe 2 years ago. Now I have to make triple the amount of this recipe , with that & all its never enough everyone absolutely rants & raves about it. I prefer to double the amount of cheese ( since Im a huge cheese lover & 1/2 the amount of eggs. There's nothing wrong with this recipe the way it is just my preference. It's easy to make, tastes great & something you can get the kids involved in making..Thank you for sharing this recipes with us Paula. I can honestly say I have never been dissappointed with any of Paula's recipes... You Rock Paula!!!!

    I also noticed the negative remarks you are entitled to your opinions but if you're only complaint is too much eggs use less if its not cheesey enough use more cheese & if the cheese is too expensive make something else. Think about how much you pay to sit down in a restaurant & have a crappy meal? You can't put a price on your family & quality... Don't be afraid of the kitchen experiment add your own personal flair to it make it your own... The only thing that you have to be exact with is when it come to desserts & baking but with food the possiblities are endless...

    My family and I love all Paula Deen recipes, but this mac and cheese was terrible. it was more like an omelet. their was WAY to many eggs, and I spent 30$ on cheese alone!

    Too many eggs! This was more like a quiche than anything else. Would have been excellent with only one or two eggs. Also, omitting the gouda would be a good idea. Otherwise, recipe was very good

    I made this for my family, it was FANTASTIC! My boys practically inhaled it and have asked for the yummy mac and cheese over and over again.

    I'm so shocked at the mixed reviews this recipe has gotten, my family loves it.

    WE WENT ALL THE WAY TO PAULA'S RETAURANT IN SAVANA, GORGIA (AND WE LIVE IN MICHIGAN JUST TO TASTE IT THE WAY SHE MAKES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I made this last night and it was a hit!! I read the recipe wrong and only used 2 eggs. I guess after reading everyone else's reviews, that was a good thing. I would only use more salt and pepper next time. Worth trying...so easy!!
