It is the most delicious mac and cheese I've ever eaten. The sour cream just adds the right touch. Way to go Paula.

I haven't tried this recipe, but it looks a lot like mine! Except for the sour cream, I use cheddar cheese soup...and for all of those who had a problem with the eggs, you need to use your blender. Put the eggs, milk, seasonings and soup (or sour cream if that's what you likein the blender and blend to a good consistency. Afterwards, pour that mix over the macaroni and then add the cheese. If its too wet, add more cheese, (Mac n cheese needs lots of cheese, I use bags and grate the high end stuff and this recipe will likely be way less eggy for anyone who said it came out bad.

This is probably the worst mac and cheese I've ever made. I don't think eggs belong in it. It was dry and tasteless. When I re-heated a dish of it the next day, I added more milk and cheese and it was even worse. I'd rather eat Kraft's version from the box.

I will readily admit I may have done something wrong with this recipe, but it came out more like macaroni, scrambled eggs and cheese. Not creamy at all like I thought it would be.

I just love most stuff Paula makes, but this turned out to be more like a scary omelet. Too many eggs.

I enjoyed the flavors of the different cheeses together. I thought it was very moist and easy to put together.
This is now a favorite in our kitchen.

I love mac and cheese so I was really excited to make this recipe. The results were a little disappointing. I should have read the reviews and used less eggs bedause it tasted like a breakfast casserole. My next attempt will definitely have less eggs and more cheese!

This was a very quick and delicious recipe for the holidays. The best tip of Paula's for this recipe was to cook the pasta "done" not al dente. (She gave this tip on the show. The pasta does not soak up the liquid and the dish stays creamy. My family loved it!!

I love cheese and I love mac & cheese. When I saw this recipe with six different cheeses, I thought this was going to be very creamy and cheesy. I spent a lot on all the cheese. As I was preparing it I came to the 6 eggs and thought it was a little strange. My husband liked it but I was very disappointed. It was more like a breakfast casserole with noodles. My husband recommended adding sausage to it and baking it longer so it is crispier. I don't know if I want to invest the money and the time to make it again. Not the mac and cheese I was hoping for.
