omg, this was delicious! You can change the types of cheese if you wish, and it's still superb. My whole family enjoyed it SOOO much!

Not as simple as a box of Easy Mac but the taste sure shows that. I love this recipe, it's pretty easy to make and the flavor and texture is worth the extra time in the oven. . . .MMmmmmmmmmm! Keep cooking Paula!!!!!!!!!!!

There must be an error in this recipe....maybe 3 eggs instead of 6? Anyway, as it stands, it tastes nothing like Mac & Cheese. We threw it out. ugh

After making this dish, I noticed that it resembled more of a breakfast egg cassarole with macaroni noodles. When I tasted it, I found it to be inedible! I threw away the whole dish. I was embarrassed to serve it!

To anonymous who posted in 8/2007: I have read a few posts related to Paula Deen (the person and not the cook that I have found very offensive. If you don't like the recipe -- give it one star and leave at that! This is not forum to post rude comments. I give this recipe 5 stars and that's for Miss Paula. She's an inspiration and has worked hard to get to where she is today.

The flavor was good, but way to eggy. I thought it was more of a quiche than mac and cheese. Next time I will read the reviews before I make it.
