My sister-in-law, Yoon, served this recently at a family gathering and I am hooked! Bugged her for the recipe and she emailed me Paula's website. This tastes EXACTLY like a $12 mac-n-cheese dish I always ordered at a "she-she" restaurant in Newport Beach, CA. It was only a special occasion due to the price, but now I have the recipe and can make my own anytime. Thank you Paula!! Oh, and you too Yoon!

I found this recipe under deep fried mac and cheese by Paula, and the recipe for the "basic" Ultimate Lady's Cheesy Mac and Cheese is for THREE eggs, not six. Try it again with 3 eggs and you will love it! Yummy!

easy great flavor great so in the summer the oven doesn't make the kitchen sooooo hot. great for college kids who don't have an oven i undercooked the macaroni a little so it doesn't get too mushy cooking in the slow cooker way to go Paula

A lot of work and little taste.
Grated all that cheese that cost me an arm and a leg, with poor results.
I think what killed the taste is the 6 eggs. Why did I add 6 eggs to this, it comes out tasting bland, rather than cheesy. I added extra cheese and bread crumbs to the top, that was the best tasting part of the dish.

I believe there is an error in this recipe. I Followed the recipe and was very disappointed. I think that 6 eggs is a probably incorrect.
