Sorry did not like this recipe, solid with no sauce or mushiness, and I followed the recipe exactly! The taste was bland too. Moving on to another recipe .......

I eat gluten/wheat free..so, when I made this but with gluten/wheat free pasta it came out wonderful! The pasta I choose is made with brown rice flour and tastes the same not mushy or chewy. All the cheese's is what makes this dish...just cause u eat gluten or wheat free does not mean u still can't have mac & cheese! Loved it and people ate it and didn't even know the difference.

I love this recipe! If you follow the instructions and used the listed ingredients, it comes out creamy. If you deviate from these ingredients and use only one type of cheese, it will change the consistency because all cheeses melt differently. It is in NO WAY the same as mixing cheesy scrambled eggs with noodles. This is my go to recipe for mac and cheese and there are never any leftovers!

It is always the first dish emptied and the one friends and family beg me to serve for dinner. A real hit. Not a diet dish, but a soul pleaser!!
