This was easy to make ahead and easy to double (although I didn't need to. Leftovers were quite possibly even better than the first round. I will definitely make this one again.

I love this recipe. I make it for every high school pasta feed for athletic teams my kids are on. Boys are asking me to make it, it is the first things gone, and they've instructed their mothers to get the recipe. As I've made it more often, I've gotten more casual about the amounts of cheese and the types and it is always good. I don't think it is very healthy (I call it a heart attack in a pot, but these athletes (who burn it off in an instant LOVE it! I've been told by more than one kid that it is the best mac and cheese that they've ever had.

Ok so i made this last year and it was good. I use two eggs and I also use large mac noddles instead of the standard size it hold the cheese better and it doesn't make it dry. I also use only cheddar and a little mozz. cheese. It turn out very good and was not dry.

Everyone loves my mac and cheese. My recipe is the same as paula without the eggs and just a little milk, You don't have to use eggs at all. I also think mac and cheese taste better if you layer the cheese. I mix all the cheeses together and layer. Macaroni pasta then a layer of cheese, then repeat.

So Yummy. My family loved this dish. I reduced the eggs to 2 and added 1/2 cup of each cheese and two other favorites. Everyone had seconds. I will definite make this a keeper.
