    I am one of Paulas fans And have made many of her "dishes" and enjoyed them all.This one I found and put together for Dinner and what a HIT!!!Really good!I did alter two things I added a tsp. of yellow mustard & a pinch of nutmeg.Also grated an extra cup of the cheese's and topped 1/2 at 20 minutes & 1/2 at 10 minutes til done the gooey cheese on top was awsome!!!next time I may bump the cheddar up to 1/2 cup and mix in the start.

    now this is a real mac & cheese, I use about 7 different cheese in minds, some of your cheese that you are using in your mac i use to, you are my kind of cook. gloria

    This is my husband's and my favorite comfort food dinner. I add chopped turkey ham and mushrooms. We LOVE it.

    I love this recipe. My girls help grate the cheese and everyone requests it for special occasions. Very family friendly!
